Talent Research Associate

As a Talent Research Associate, you will play a critical role in building world-class teams by identifying and engaging exceptional talent across various business functions. You will conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing strategy, and have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy and develop into a recruiter or sourcing leader.

• Identifying, mapping, and engaging exceptional talent across various business functions.
• Building proactive talent pipelines and conducting market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools.
• Leveraging data and market intelligence to develop strong opinions on top feeder companies, schools, and candidate backgrounds.
• Operates with urgency while maintaining a high quality bar
• Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, functions, and talent markets
• Strong ability to think creatively about where exceptional candidates come from
• Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns to improve sourcing strategies
• Bias for action and willingness to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft thoughtful outreach
• Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to solve difficult hiring challenges
• 0–4 years of experience in a professional environment, with a preference for backgrounds in recruiting research, sourcing, executive search, or a related analytical role (relevant internships count)
• Ability to learn new functions quickly and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
