About The Role

Join Clair, a fintech company focused on strategic integrations with platforms that power how Americans work and get paid. As a Partnerships Lead, you will drive partner growth and expansion, own partner relationships, lead partner onboarding and launch, track partner performance, and represent the partner internally. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires strong organizational skills, a product and commercial mindset, and experience in partnerships or business development. Benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited vacation, and a work-from-home setup allowance.

  • Drive partner growth and expansion by identifying whitespace opportunities and proposing new ways to expand relationships.
  • Serve as the primary owner of a portfolio of high-value platform partnerships, building deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure a smooth go-live.
  • If you're someone who thrives on thinking commercially, bringing clarity to complex situations, building relationships, and driving initiatives forward with a high degree of ownership, you'll be right at home in this role
  • Highly organized and operationally sharp — you manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and bring structure to ambiguous situations
  • A strong bias toward ownership — you drive things forward independently and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Product and Commercial mindset — you're comfortable navigating conversations that span business, technical, and product considerations. You can collaborate with Product teams, influence implementation decisions, and help partners understand the value and tradeoffs of different solutions
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, partnerships, consulting, account management, business development, or a related field — with a proven track record of owning high-value external relationships and driving commercial outcomes
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same
  • Data literate — you can synthesize and tell a compelling story with partner performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. (know how to make a good deck)
  • Strong executive presence — you're comfortable engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders at partner organizations and can represent Clair confidently and credibly in those conversations
  • Experience in fintech, embedded finance, or SaaS partnerships
  • Familiarity with how APIs or software integrations work
  • Experience building and leading executive-level business reviews
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or Series B/C company
  • Previous product management experience
