Director of Global Talent Acquisition

Join WEKA, a leading data platform company, as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. In this strategic leadership role, you will architect and execute our global hiring strategy, oversee our entire recruiting ecosystem, and drive initiatives in employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. You will also leverage advanced analytics to track hiring trends and report performance metrics to the board and C-suite. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruiting at scale.

• Architect and execute a global hiring strategy, overseeing the entire recruiting ecosystem to ensure the acquisition of world-class talent.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary recruiting organization, optimizing the tech stack and streamlining the candidate journey.
• Use advanced analytics to track funnel health, predict hiring trends, and report performance metrics to the board and C-suite.
• Leadership Depth: At least 5 years of experience managing people, leaders, and large distributed teams
• Operational Mindset: You’ve either sat in a Recruiting Ops seat or managed the function; you understand the "plumbing" of talent acquisition (ATS, CRM, capacity modeling)
• Requirement: Presence in the Campbell office is required a minimum of 3 days per week
• Project Mastery: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects that require buy-in from Finance, Legal, and Department Heads
• Executive Presence: You are comfortable challenging and advising executive stakeholders, acting as a true talent consultant rather than an order-taker
• 12+ Years in Talent Acquisition: A proven track record in both Technical (Product/Eng) and Non-Technical (Sales/GTM) recruiting at scale
