Product Creative Designer & Illustrator

• Design and illustrate a diverse range of Collectibles assets, including avatar decorations, profile effects, nameplates, and profile frames, across various styles.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute illustrations that communicate design concepts clearly within product constraints and user experience goals.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and PMMs to ensure creative assets are purposeful, performant, and well-integrated within the product interface.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or publishers — including providing creative direction, managing feedback loops, and coordinating deliverables
• Comfort presenting creative concepts and articulating design decisions to cross-functional partners
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong eye for composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems to produce work that feels native to an established visual identity
• A portfolio demonstrating expressive, high-craft illustration and graphic design work across a range of styles — ideally including work that shipped within a product or established brand ecosystem
• 2–4 years of design or production experience at an in-house creative team or agency, ideally in tech, gaming, or entertainment
• Ability to take feedback, iterate, and deliver production-ready assets that meet both creative and technical requirements
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with animation or motion design, and an understanding of how static illustration and design assets translate into motion
