About The Role

Join Checkatrade, the UK's leading platform for finding a tradesperson. As the Analytics & Experimentation Lead, you'll play a key role in building the UK's go-to home improvement marketplace. You'll own metric integrity, act as the quality gate on AI-generated analysis, design and interpret A/B tests, diagnose commercial performance drivers, turn analysis into action, and build interactive dashboards. You should have a track record across all three layers of analysis, fluency with SQL and data concepts, experience designing experiments, and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.

Owning metric integrity by defining and governing what the numbers mean, ensuring accurate data usage.
Acting as the quality gate on AI-generated analysis, validating outputs, and catching errors before they reach stakeholders.
Designing and interpreting A/B tests, setting success metrics, sizing samples properly, and ensuring robust results.
