• Acting as the primary operational liaison for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, managing the handover and maintaining trust.
• Running established monthly forecasting and invoice reconciliation processes, and conducting variance analysis.
• Keeping BPO Quality Assurance frameworks and Tableau dashboards operational, running QA calibrations and live call listening.
