Senior/Staff Product Designer

Join Pulley, a fast-paced startup, as a Senior/Staff Product Designer. In this role, you will design and communicate user flows and specifications, leverage AI throughout the design lifecycle, lead projects from concept to launch, interface with customers for feedback, advocate for the user, and contribute to the design system. You should have 5+ years of experience designing software products, preferably for enterprise or B2B, and be an expert with Figma.

• You are energized by working for startups. Translation: fast paced, async collaboration via Slack, can create something from nothing, act as an owner, and hold strong opinions loosely
• Craft is a core value (and one of ours) – ****You have an infectiously high quality bar for how the product shows up, nothing gets past your design QA, and you know how to bring others along the way
• Excited about designing for work – at this point everyone uses software to do their jobs, you’re energized by making complex domains simple to work in
• 5+ years designing software products; experience designing for enterprise or B2B products or services preferred
• Experience contributing to and evangelizing a visual language for highly polished product experiences
• Portfolio demonstrates product and visual design experience with a strong attention to detail
• Expert with Figma designs and prototypes.* Comfortable creating working prototypes with AI (must have) and collaborating with engineering to ship production code (nice to have)
• Successfully shipped web based products and features collaborating closely with engineering
