About The Role

Join our team as a Junior Card Operations Analyst. In this role, you will process 2nd level escalation tickets related to card issues, declines, and chargebacks. You will proactively reach out to stakeholders, identify their needs, and establish priorities. You will also support the team in achieving its OKRs and deliver high-quality results independently. Bearbeiten von Chargeback-Tickets, falls erforderlich, und Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Teamziele.
Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Stakeholdern, um deren Bedürfnisse zu identifizieren und ihre Prioritäten schnell festzustellen.
Working knowledge of the Schemes’ Disputes Resolution process is a plus
Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes
SQL familiarity preferred
Fluent command of English and German language communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred
First experience in relevant, Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus
