KYC Operations Working Student

Join our KYC Operations team as a Working Student. You will support the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities, and assessing potential risks. You will also review customer documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of KYC documentation and customer interactions. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the KYC operations team and perform other related duties as assigned. This is a great opportunity for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in finance, banking, business administration, or a related field.

• Supporting the KYC process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities and assessing potential risks.
• Reviewing customer documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, verifying the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Contributing to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of KYC documentation, and customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and archival procedures.
• Very good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance academic commitments and work responsibilities effectively
• Desire to develop and grow in the field of KYC compliance, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Current enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master degree program, preferably in finance, banking, business administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC Regulations, and willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area
• Interest in financial services, compliance or risk management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Good command in both English and German language skills
