Join our team as a Lending & Deposits Working Student, where you will execute daily operational tasks related to credit and deposit products, support internal teams, prepare operational reports, and assist in maintaining process documentation. This is a great opportunity for currently enrolled students in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Execute daily operational tasks related to credit and deposit products, including processing and monitoring transactions.
Act as a key support contact for internal teams, preparing operational reports and assisting in maintaining process documentation.
Support the identification and investigation of operational process errors, seeking guidance from senior team members for resolution.
Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Prior internship or relevant administrative experience in a financial services setting is a strong advantage
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., basic SQL) or process modeling is beneficial
Eager to apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment
Proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in English. German fluency advantageous
