Non Financial Risk Working Student

Join our team as a Non-Financial Risk Working Student. In this role, you will support the operational fulfillment of non-financial risk management and controlling processes, maintain systems for Key Risk Indicators, perform risk assessments, and produce management reports. You will also record and escalate internal losses/incidents and support business areas in implementing measures. This is a great opportunity for students pursuing a higher education degree in economics, business administration, risk, political studies, accounting, process or information technology, or a similar field.

• Support in the operational fulfillment of non-financial risk management and controlling processes, including identification, assessment, control, monitoring, and communication.
• Assist in the maintenance of systems for Key Risk Indicators Non-Financial Risk and perform risk assessments related to New Products & Process/Structure changes.
• Produce management reports, record, escalate, and follow up on internal losses/incidents, and support business areas in the ongoing implementation of measures.
• Ability to use Google Workspace/MS Office
• Currently pursuing a higher education degree
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Clear communication skills & presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of banking law and regulatory standards
