Operations Program Working Student

Join our team as an Operations Program Working Student, where you'll assist in drafting and maintaining documentation, organizing audit governance, tracking cross-functional projects, and preparing reports for senior management. This is a great opportunity for students in relevant fields to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting in drafting, updating, and maintaining Function's documentation to ensure operational workflows align with regulatory requirements.
• Organizing and maintaining Audit Governance structure by gathering data and structuring documentation to ensure processes are audit-proof.
• Acting as a supportive bridge between Function departments and other teams, tracking the progress of cross-functional projects/requests.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• A proactive, open mindset with the willingness to jump into different topics and teams as priorities shift
• First experience in project management or audit
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, break them down, and propose logical solutions
• Familiarity with banking processes or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, supporting the bank's AI-native strategy journey
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a strong plus
