As a Share Plans Senior Specialist, you will be the subject-matter expert on employee equity, managing the administration of our equity programs and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the workforce's ability to thrive in the AI era.

Own the end-to-end process for employee equity documentation, including issuing option agreements and exercise notices.
Design and implement equity management processes for grant issuances and exercises to maximize efficiency and user experience.
Ensure the group's corporate approvals are properly documented, preparing board and shareholder resolutions and written consents across UK and German entities.
