As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Diagnose & Prescribe (D&P) team, focusing on the adoption layer of AI technology in organizations. You will own delivery, technical direction, and team health, while also staying hands-on with the work. Ownership of delivery, technical direction, and team health in the Diagnose & Prescribe service estate, leading the team across various surfaces.
Coaching and building the team, hiring well, providing growth plans, and moving the team into a high-performing, AI-native operating rhythm.
Staying hands-on with the work, reviewing and negotiating event schemas and API contracts, and writing production code when necessary.
