Staff AI Engineer - AI Transformation

As a Staff AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming the future of education and workforce development. You will own the architecture of our internal agentic operating system, ship production AI agent systems, design multi-agent coordination, build evaluation and quality infrastructure, drive cost engineering, and build the integration layer. You will also set the standard for prompt management, retrieval, guardrails, and testing, and mentor the team.

• Architect the internal agentic operating system, including agent orchestration, context strategy, tool integrations, evaluation framework, and production operation.
• Lead the development and delivery of production AI agent systems, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Design and implement multi-agent coordination strategies, task decomposition, handoff protocols, shared state management, and orchestration logic.
