Team Leader

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and external partners to develop complex end-to-end solutions, manage relationships with technical team members, and promote continuous improvement. • Guiding an engineering team and actively participating in the development and enhancement of the company's solutions.
• Collaborating on challenging innovation projects to improve Worldsensing products and develop complex end-to-end solutions.
• Managing and organizing an engineering scrum team to maximize their skills and create synergy to fulfill the team's goals.
• Experience with CI/CD tools is a plus
• Good experience with Linux environments
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering, and software development
• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• A good level of spoken and written English is required
• Track record of flexibility in response to changing circumstances
• Experience managing scrum teams
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with project planning
• Ability to organize your work and the team’s with little day-to-day direction
• Experience working with Kubernetes is a plus
• Passion for your work
• Experience with Docker
• A good team player with excellent verbal and written skills along with a strong commercial focus
• Solution design and architecture

• Competencies:
• Experience with other programming languages, such as Javascript or Java is welcome
• Experience developing and deploying cloud applications (microservices, queues, APIs, etc)
• 3+ experience with React and Python
