Assistant Tax Consultant

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and apply it to practical scenarios
• Basic understanding of UK taxation principles, including:
• Capital Gains Tax
• 1–3 years' experience in a tax environment
• Income Tax
• Working towards a professional qualification -ATT/ CTA or willingness to study
• Familiarity with HMRC processes and tax compliance requirements
• Experience using tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, priorities and workloads
• Exposure to preparing tax returns, computations, and supporting tax compliance activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
