Private Client Solicitor

Join our growing Private Law team as a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. In this role, you will advise clients on complex matters such as wills, succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, estate administration, and probate. You will manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and deliver high-quality legal advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing private client lawyer who values collaboration and client contact.

• Advising clients on complex matters related to wills, succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, estate administration, and probate.
• Managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent service and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Building trusted client relationships and collaborating with colleagues across the Wealth Management team to provide integrated legal and financial solutions.
• Consistently deliver high-quality legal services through appropriate monitoring and management of own personal training and development
• Ability to always exercise discretion and professionalism
• Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business
• 2-4yr PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Work diligently and in good faith within the general working practices required of a qualified solicitor
• Ability to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work efficiently on own initiative
