About The Role

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day control, inspection, and performance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, availability, compliance, and cost control. This hands-on role is critical to operational continuity and cost discipline. You will work closely with Maintenance and Operations to protect vehicle uptime and service reliability.

Ensure all vehicles are inspected, logged, and controlled to agreed standards, and carry out basic repairs where possible.
Coordinate repairs and servicing with Fleet Maintenance to minimize downtime, and protect fleet uptime through early issue identification.
Monitor driver behavior and escalate safety or performance risks, ensuring full compliance with health and safety and fleet standards.
