Network Ops Coordinator

As a Network Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing day-to-day middle-mile transportation tasks, ensuring seamless parcel flow across the network. This is a foundational operational role focused on reliable execution and building essential skills in logistics.

• Execute daily middle-mile transportation tasks (routing, tracking, carrier coordination, exception handling) accurately and on time.
• Ensure all parcels are collected, documented, and handed over correctly at each stage of the middle-mile journey.
• Be first point of call for on the road issues for our collection drivers, and proactively work with them to resolve issues.
