About The Role

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As a Network Ops Shift Manager, you will lead on-shift teams in middle-mile parcel transportation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and audit requirements. This is a key frontline leadership role with opportunities for growth and development.

Act as the on-shift Subject Matter Expert for all middle-mile operational processes and systems, leading the shift team to deliver daily volume on time and within cost targets.
Monitor real-time performance, proactively resolve exceptions, and re-plan routes/carriers as needed, ensuring full compliance with safety, carrier contracts, and audit requirements.
Coach and develop Associates through real-time feedback and structured performance conversations, driving continuous improvement on shift.
