Operations Coordinator

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with company requirements. This is an on-site role with a 4 days on-3 days off shift pattern.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team, ensuring high delivery performance and quality.
• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries.
• Achieve daily business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive driver support, including scheduling and addressing on-the-road queries.
