Operations Manager (Day)

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site performance during your shift, managing all UTR and OTR activities, and leading supervisors and frontline teams. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining safety and productivity standards. This is a preemptive posting, and while we are not hiring for this role right now, we are collecting applications early to move quickly when the position opens.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring optimal performance in both on-road and in-depot activities.
• Oversee all UTR (Upstream Transportation) and OTR (On-Time Delivery) activities during the day shift, including managing DSPs (Delivery Service Providers) and the on-site driver team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop standards and operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
