Operations Manager (Night)

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As the Night Operations Manager, you will oversee all UTR activity during the night, ensuring smooth operations and a successful handover to the AM team. You will lead and inspire your team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain safety and productivity standards. This is a preemptive posting, and while we are not hiring for this role right now, we are collecting applications early to move quickly when the position opens.

• Lead and manage the night operations team, ensuring exceptional performance in inbound processing, scanning, sorting, and routing-prep activities.
• Oversee all UTR activity during the night, with full accountability for inbound processing, scanning, sorting accuracy, and pre set-off readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop standards and operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
