• Lead morning depot execution, ensuring the site is fully ready for dispatch, processes run to SLA, and no operational debt is passed forward.
• Coordinate handlers in the right activities, monitoring productivity and coaching quality, and manage process exceptions.
• Support night sortation activities, ensure area readiness, handle exceptions, and maintain asset and equipment readiness.
