Ops Shift Manager (Night)

• Lead evening, pre-night depot activities, ensuring area readiness and preparing equipment for Night Shift.
• Support Night Ops Manager in running inbound, scanning, sorting, and routing-prep activities with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate handlers in the right activities, monitoring productivity, coaching quality, and managing process exceptions.
