Pensions Consultant

Join Octopus Money, a leading financial services company, as a Pensions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing technical pensions work, and managing case workflows. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicate complex financial information clearly, and provide reassurance and guidance during sensitive financial and personal circumstances. You will also oversee pension sharing calculations, interpret pension benefits, and manage a portfolio of client cases end-to-end. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new and unique area of financial services and contribute to a collaborative product between Octopus and amicable.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the lifecycle of each case.
• Oversee and/or review pension sharing calculations and related outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of all technical calculations.
• Manage a portfolio of client cases end-to-end, prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
