Founding Talent Partner (GTM), US

Join Sona, a rapidly growing AI-native frontline workforce management platform. As a Founding Talent Partner in the US, you will be responsible for building out the US hiring function, attracting and assessing talent, and laying the foundation for our US operation. This role offers high ownership, the freedom to build, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory and culture.

• Own hiring for US-based roles end to end, across our New York and Austin offices, from kickoff and briefing through sourcing, interviewing, and offer to signed contract.
• Lay the foundations of the US talent and people function as we scale: employer brand, process, ways of working, and ad-hoc people operations.
• Innovate using AI to improve the speed and quality of hiring at Sona.
