Payroll Implementation Manager

Join Sona, an AI-native frontline workforce management platform. As a Payroll Implementation Manager, you'll take ownership of onboarding customers onto our payroll platform, working closely with the implementation team, product engineers, and payroll bureau colleagues. You'll have a direct influence on the evolution of Sona's payroll implementation process and product.

• End-to-end ownership of onboarding customers onto the payroll platform, from initial discovery and system configuration through to parallel runs, training, and go-live.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of UK payroll setups, including GL and pensions configuration and RTI processing.
• Identification of opportunities for process improvement and taking ownership of seeing them through.
