Director HRBP

Join Equinix, the world's digital infrastructure company, as a Director HRBP. In this role, you will partner with executive leaders to define the talent strategy, shape business objectives, and build high-performing teams. You will lead business change and global people initiatives, drive engagement across the organization, and improve organizational effectiveness. You will also work closely with the workforce insights function to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in HR and business strategy.

• Collaborate with executive leaders to define and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and drive engagement across the organization, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
• Utilize workforce insights and analytics to inform decision-making and shape talent strategies, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Brings deep HR and business expertise with a strong focus on delivering business value, designing agile people-centric solutions, enabling new ways of working, and creating meaningful enterprise impact
• Domain experience preferred: Supporting Data Center Operations environment or similar
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience preferred, including partnership with executive leaders in a global, matrixed environment
