About The Role

Join Equinix as the Director of Enterprise Change Delivery, where you will be responsible for ensuring successful change management across the company's most critical enterprise priorities and programs. You will work alongside program, business, and technology leaders to ensure that delivered solutions are adopted, utilized, and sustained in day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, executive-level communication skills, and a strong program-level execution mindset.

10–12+ years of experience leading change and adoption for large-scale enterprise programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
