GTM Enablement Program Manager

Join our team as a GTM Enablement Program Manager. In this role, you will design, build, launch, and measure end-to-end enablement programs that drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies, and improve revenue outcomes and field performance. You will partner with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global GTM priorities. This position requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to drive execution independently.

• Design, build, launch, and measure end-to-end enablement programs that enhance organizational capability and drive adoption of processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of enablement programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and reuse of existing assets where appropriate.
• 5–7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or a related field
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Experience designing and delivering enablement across both proficiency/transformation and revenue/field-performance programs preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with global programs and partner/channel audiences preferred
