Machine Learning Engineer

Join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer, where you will independently lead multifaceted programs, design and build end-to-end AI systems, and translate business requirements into scalable system architectures. You will work closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers, ensure systems are production-ready, and continuously improve system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, maintain high-quality documentation, and stay current with industry trends. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering, is required.

• Independently lead and hold responsibility for multifaceted programs made up of multiple projects and processes; develop and review business cases for change and improvement.
• Design and build end-to-end AI systems integrating ML models, LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data; translate business requirements into scalable system architectures and solution designs.
• Work closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate model outputs into production systems and decision workflows; ensure systems are production-ready—scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related roles, with demonstrated experience in building and integrating production-grade systems
