Senior Program Manager (Governance & Strategic Programs, GMPO)

Join our team as a Senior Program Manager, where you will lead governance, operating model development, and strategic coordination across Global Markets and Product (GMPO). You will bring structure, visibility, and consistency to complex, non-traditional programs, and play a critical role in defining how we operate globally. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing governance frameworks, driving consistency in decision-making, and providing structure and oversight for complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will also partner with global and regional leaders to align on strategy and execution pathways, and deliver clear, concise reporting to executive leadership.

• Design and implement governance frameworks across GMPO programs, ensuring consistency in decision-making and execution.
• Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of playbooks, standards, and ways of working, facilitating governance forums and ensuring accountability.
• Provide structure and oversight for complex, cross-functional initiatives, supporting prioritization and decision-making for IBXs under review or in transition.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and structure loosely defined problem spaces
• Proven track record of building and running governance frameworks and process-driven programs
• 7+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong focus on governance, operations, or strategy
• Experience developing dashboards, tracking systems, and executive-level reporting
• Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure lifecycle (EOL), or colocation environments preferred
