Senior Staff Electrical Engineer

In this role, you will support the reliable operation, capacity growth, and continuous improvement of mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, reviewing designs, overseeing project construction, and providing technical leadership across concurrent initiatives. You will also mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of engineering standards and policies.

• Support the reliable operation, capacity growth, and continuous improvement of mission-critical data center infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, reviewing designs against company and industry standards, justifying investment through feasibility studies and business cases.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement across regional and global initiatives, ensuring adherence to all safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working across global or highly cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects from design to implementation
• Experience reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and specifications against standards
• Typically, 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases, feasibility studies, or capacity/efficiency analyses to support investment decisions
• Knowledge of: Power distribution systems, UPS and backup systems, Electrical design and commissioning
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence without direct authority
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for mission-critical facilities
