Tax Senior Analyst

Join Equinix, a global leader in digital infrastructure, as a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance across all Equinix legal entities in the EMEA region, preparing VAT returns, managing indirect tax accounting activities, and supporting various projects. You will report directly to the Senior Indirect Tax Manager EMEA and work in a diverse international environment. Fluency in English and Polish, a strong background in indirect tax accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

• Przygotowywanie deklaracji VAT, list EU VAT oraz innych lokalnych raportów, w tym deklaracji Intrastat dla krajów Equinix w regionie EMEA.
• Przetwarzanie, rejestrowanie i raportowanie wszystkich działań związanych z księgowością VAT dokładnie i na czas.
• Wspieranie różnych projektów, w tym nabyć nowych podmiotów prawnych, wprowadzenia produktów i ulepszeń systemów.
• Experience in tax and/or finance department of a multinational enterprise is advantageous but not mandatory
• A strong motivation to thrive in a diverse international environment
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures
• A strong background in Indirect Tax accounting, preferably within an international context
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential
• Interest in AI & Automation tools
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, is a plus
• Hands-on mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Proactive and adaptable, especially during high workload periods
• Team-oriented with interpersonal skills
