Product Designer

Join Sybill as a Product Designer, where you'll combine hands-on design execution with strategic design leadership. You'll shape the current and future experience of our product, influence our product roadmap, and create design practices that scale with our rapid growth. Your role will involve delivering high-quality designs, elevating our product's information architecture, conducting user research, collaborating with various teams, and developing a compelling design strategy.

• Combining hands-on design work with strategic leadership to shape the product's experience and evolution.
• Delivering high-quality designs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and polished user experiences.
• Partnering with product management to translate the company's vision into an inspiring design strategy, creating compelling visuals that showcase this future to customers.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop high-level design vision aligned with product strategy, balanced with hands-on execution
• Mentorship & Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing designers, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ownership Mindset: Strong personal accountability, with initiative to drive business impact
• Design Expertise: Deep proficiency in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design; strong portfolio showing successful solutions to complex problems
• AI & Generative AI: Experience designing for AI-driven products or strong familiarity with generative AI technologies
• Sales Empathy: Understanding of sales workflows and tools, with ability to empathize with sales teams' challenges and goals
• Experience: 3+ years as a product designer, with significant B2B SaaS product design experience; startup experience highly preferred
