Associate Director of Corporate Compliance

Join Oscar Health as the Associate Director of Corporate Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for training, investigating, monitoring, and enforcing compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. You will manage compliance efforts for Oscar's licensed entities delivering Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) and work with leadership and the larger Compliance team. You will also lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team, monitor and interpret regulations, lead compliance investigations, develop training programs, and produce compliance reports.

• 5+ Experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes, regulations, marketplace, and MA requirements to meet reporting and audit obligations
• 5+ years' experience in managing effective Compliance teams
• 7+ years' experience in a healthcare compliance setting, specifically in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or other related experience
• HIPAA Security experience
• Experience in a start-up and/or health tech environment
• Enterprise risk management experience
• Operational or internal audit experience
