Associate Director of Product Marketing (ICHRA)

Join Oscar Health, a technology-driven health insurance company, as the Associate Director of Product Marketing for the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business. In this role, you will execute go-to-market activities, develop messaging frameworks, and coordinate daily operations across various teams. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and play a key role in driving broker adoption and member enrollment.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading GTM campaign execution specifically for health insurance, FinTech, or digital consumer health products. Track record managing project timelines and creative assets under strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting B2B broker networks or employer benefit administration platforms. Direct experience working inside a health insurance carrier (Payer) or digital healthcare startup
• Understanding of health insurance plan structures, quoting engines, or ICHRA reimbursement guidelines. Familiarity with MarTech technology
