Director of Internal Audit

Join our Strategic Finance team as the Director of Internal Audit. In this critical role, you will develop and execute the internal audit plan, collaborate with senior management, and provide insights on risk and internal controls. You will report to the VP of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk and play a key role in shaping the future of our internal audit function.

• Develop and execute the internal audit plan, working with the Vice President, Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk.
• Lead the effort in developing and executing the annual risk-based internal audit plan, including the internal audit reports.
• Provide advisory services and insights to the business partners on risk and internal controls.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience (healthcare, insurance, and / or technology)
• 4+ years experience in managing teams of internal resources or consultants
• 10+ years experience in internal audit or a similar role, in Big4 or public companies
• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
• Data & analytics
• Relevant certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA or equivalent
• Finance and Accounting understanding
• Insurance and healthcare
