Group Product Manager (Lucie Platform)

Join Lucie Health Marketplace, a revolutionary all-in-one storefront that transforms how Americans shop for healthcare. As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for the Lucie enrollment platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing a team of product managers. You will report to the Director of Product and play a key role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enrollment platform.

• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience as an end-to-end thinker; the ability to look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to smaller details
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data to identify opportunities, test theories and evaluate success
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and experience working across all levels of leadership using strong communication and structured thinking
