Group Product Manager (Member Coverage & Support Platform)

Join Oscar Health, a technology-driven health insurance company, as a Group Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the product team responsible for the platforms that help members get covered and receive the support they need. You will set the vision and strategy for a critical part of Oscar's operating model, modernize legacy tooling, improve the end-to-end member and agent experience, and ensure our platforms can scale through seasonal peaks and high-pressure moments in the healthcare calendar. This is a deeply cross-functional role that requires strong analytical skills, experience managing complex product areas, and excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure success
• Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational dependencies
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business and product strategy
• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading technical platform products, internal tools, workflow systems, APIs, or integrations
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or another regulated and operationally complex industry
• Experience improving support operations through tooling, automation, AI, workflow redesign, or agent-facing products
