IT Engineer

Join Oscar, a fast-growing company, as an IT Engineer l. In this role, you will support enterprise applications, manage user devices, and ensure the seamless integration and operation of IT systems. You will handle Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta, support the Mac OS fleet using Jamf, and develop and maintain documentation for supported applications. Additionally, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of user identities, implement automated workflows, and provide operational support. You will also participate in an on-call schedule and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Support enterprise applications and provide innovative solutions to business challenges through automation.
• Manage user devices, analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems and enterprise software.
• Handle Single Sign-On (SSO) of new applications with Okta and troubleshoot related issues.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Okta identity and access management
• 1+ years of experience using Jamf to manage Mac OS
• 2+ years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in user support within a cloud-first, modern IT environment
