About The Role

Join our IT Engineering team as an IT Engineer. You will support enterprise applications, manage user devices, and ensure the seamless integration and operation of IT systems. Your responsibilities will include handling Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta, supporting the Mac OS fleet using Jamf, developing documentation, overseeing user identity lifecycle, implementing automated workflows, and providing operational support. You will also participate in an on-call schedule and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.

Support enterprise applications and provide innovative solutions to business challenges through automation.
Manage user devices, analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems and enterprise software.
Handle Single Sign-On (SSO) of new applications with Okta and troubleshoot related issues.
1+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
1+ years of experience using Jamf to manage Mac OS
Proficiency in Okta identity and access management
2+ years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in user support within a cloud-first, modern IT environment
