Manager of Growth Strategy

Join Oscar Health as the Manager of Growth Strategy. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support growth opportunities across regions and product lines. You will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, evaluate departmental performance, collaborate with stakeholders on implementation strategies, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project/program delivery experience, 4+ years of program management experience, and healthcare experience.

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
• Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, and assisting in the development of departmental metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects / programs
• 4+ years of experience in program management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs
• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
• Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives such as defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
• PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
• Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
• Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
