Product Manager (Network)

Join Oscar Health as a Product Manager in the Network domain. You will be responsible for expanding our provider network nationwide, collaborating with business and tech teams, and working with a top technology team in healthcare. You will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments, measure business and operational impacts, and problem-solve issues across teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product management, 2+ years of experience in driving prioritization processes, and health tech experience.

• Defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments that power platforms.
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality.
• Spearheading complex initiatives with the ability to influence without authority, managing timelines, cross-functional team accountability, and risk identification.
• 4+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role
• 2+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes
• 2+ years of experience with tech systems and understand basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL
