About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Director, Strategic Finance Tech Partner. In this role, you will coordinate, monitor, analyze, and forecast financial performance for the technology organization. You will drive budgeting and forecasting processes, lead management reporting, develop cost allocation frameworks, execute financial analysis, and drive strategy evaluation. You will also oversee internal finance processes, evaluate FP&A processes for improvement, and develop and manage a high-performing finance team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be interacting extensively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Coordination, monitoring, analysis, and forecasting of business unit and overall company financial performance for the technology organization.
Driving business-unit-specific, consolidated budget and re-forecasting processes to ensure alignment with operating plan and overall financial targets.
Leading the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations.
5+ years of proven ability to build and develop high-functioning finance teams
5+ years of proficiency with building and enhancing core FP&A tools
7+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans
5+ years of experience leading budgeting and planning processes
12+ years of public or large company experience in FP&A roles with healthcare, insurance, or financial services strongly preferred
Masters Degree; Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Analysis
Experience at a public company
Experience in the managed care, healthcare or insurance space
Proficiency working with NetSuite and Adaptive
Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large data sets
Strong analytical & problem solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
