About The Role

Join our team as the Senior Manager of HR Governance, where you will lead and manage key HR compliance functions, including visa and immigration, health and safety, and employee policy. You will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and work in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule. Your responsibilities will include overseeing visa and immigration processes, leading health and safety initiatives, designing and updating HR policies, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and identifying HR-related risks. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

Oversee all aspects of visa and immigration processes to ensure legal compliance for employees and be a strategic partner in evolving program support based on changing U.S. landscape.
Lead health & safety initiatives, audits, and training in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Design, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
2+ years leadership experience
5+ years progressive HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or commensurate experience
Experience with Workday HRIS
