Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

Join Lucie Health as a Senior Product Manager for the Marketplace team. In this role, you will lead product strategy, prioritize the marketplace roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace platform, measure business impacts, and drive improvements. You will also mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap
• 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role
• 4+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes
• 4+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing practices
• Ecommerce or two-sided marketplace experience preferred
