Client Services Associate

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients completing brokerage and retirement account transfers, providing education and guidance throughout the process. You will also support broader client experience and brokerage operations, communicate with third-party brokers, and identify workflow improvements. • 1–3+ years of experience in financial services, client operations, or customer success (experience in Transfers is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, empathetic presence when handling complex or sensitive client situations
• Familiarity with support tools like Kustomer, Hubspot, Zendesk, or similar platforms
• Series 7, and either Series 66 or Series 63 + 65
